01Why it works

Your documents, not a generic course

Built per company

The programme is assembled from a library of modules and adapted after discovery. A sales team gets proposals from call transcripts; an HR team gets candidate profiles from forms; finance gets reporting scripts for the sheets they already use.

Training is also discovery

We see the processes from the inside, and people stop resisting the change because they get a personal benefit in the first session. That is why training comes before any implementation in our programmes.

02Formats

Three sizes, two tracks

Compact · 6 sessions

£5,700

A base entry: introduction, prompting, the main tools, first automation. Works as discovery before an implementation.

Standard · 8 sessions

£7,600

Full tool coverage plus a final test. The format ImLink ran.

Extended · up to 13 sessions

From £12,350

Adds complex integrations, n8n and MCP servers, and industry-specific work.

Two tracks: the team track described here, and a short track for the leadership team.

03Programme

Modules we assemble the programme from

Introduction: what AI is and why now

Before-and-after demos, the tool landscape, your own request taken apart, the psychological barriers. Each participant names a task to automate.

Prompt engineering

Role, context, task, format; personalising a model for a department; advanced techniques. Output: a library of ten prompts for real tasks.

ChatGPT and Claude as workspaces

Custom GPTs and connectors, deep research on clients and partners; Claude projects, instructions and artefacts, working with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, a role-based company assistant.

A knowledge assistant on your own files (two sessions)

Loading contracts, policies and product documentation, searching the base, onboarding new joiners, iterating the base.

Presentations, data and reporting

One-shot and strategic presentations with Gamma and Claude, assets from your brand book; consolidating data, formulas and small scripts for Google Sheets.

Agents and automation: n8n and MCP

How they work, n8n and MCP servers taken apart, a first automation built on a real scenario from your company. Call transcription and a “company brain on a budget”.

AI safety, demo day and test

What must not go into a model, sensitive data and access. Then each participant demos their result, sits the mirror test, and leadership gets the before-and-after report and a roadmap.

Optional modules on request: video (HeyGen, Higgsfield, Sora), image generation (Midjourney), building sites (Lovable, Framer, Bolt).

04Measured

An entry test, an exit test, a report for leadership

What the report shows

How many people use AI daily, which tasks they moved to it, time saved per task, and the test scores before and after. The same figures feed the roadmap for the next phase.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

How is this different from an online AI course?

The programme is built for your company. Every session uses your real tasks and documents, and the final programme is agreed after discovery. Your people leave with automations and assistants they built for their own work, not with a certificate for a generic syllabus.

How many sessions do we need?

Six for a compact entry that also works as discovery before an implementation. Eight for full tool coverage plus a final test. Up to thirteen when complex integrations, n8n and MCP or industry-specific work are added.

How are sessions run?

Online, two sessions a week of two hours each, recorded. Homework with review, a group chat for the cohort, and an assistant for access and technical questions. On-site sessions are possible.

How do you measure results?

An entry test before the first session and a mirror test at the end. Leadership receives a before-and-after report. ImLink went from one person using AI to fourteen in four weeks.

Who runs the sessions?

A senior lead with a support team: a programme lead, an automation and prompt engineer, and a designer for the brand and presentation sessions.

What does it cost?

£950 per session, paid upfront. A 6-session programme is £5,700, an 8-session programme £7,600.
