Discovery and an entry test
Each participant named a task to automate and sat a short test on AI knowledge and use. The programme was finalised from those answers.
Eight training sessions over four weeks, built on ImLink’s own documents and tasks. At the start, one person used AI at work. At the end, fourteen did — and the team had built nine agents of its own.
ImLink builds an omnichannel messaging platform and works from London and Dubai. Like most companies its size, it had people who already used AI on their own — one, in this case — and no shared way of working with it. Knowledge sat in chats and heads, and new tools were tried and dropped.
ImLink asked for a programme that would get the whole team using AI on real work, and that leadership could measure.
Each participant named a task to automate and sat a short test on AI knowledge and use. The programme was finalised from those answers.
Role, context, task, format; custom assistants per department; a library of prompts for ImLink’s real tasks.
Contracts, policies and product documentation loaded into an assistant; search, onboarding and iteration.
Reporting scripts for the sheets the team already used; presentations by brand book; a first automation on a real ImLink scenario with n8n and MCP.
Each participant demonstrated what they built. The exit test mirrored the entry test, and leadership received the before-and-after report.

The programme doubled as discovery. The roadmap it produced lists the first automations and the sources for a company brain, with expected impact for each.
The same programme runs for any team of 5–50 people: 6, 8 or up to 13 sessions, £950 per session, with the before-and-after report for leadership. See the training page.
