Questions we get asked
How is the score calculated?
Fifteen questions in three areas — knowledge, tools and processes — each answered on a four-point scale. Your score is the share of the maximum, overall and per area. The questions come from the survey we use in the paid audit.
Is it saved or sent anywhere?
No. The scorecard runs in your browser. Nothing is stored or sent unless you choose to email us the result.
What does a low score mean?
Usually that the quick wins are in training and basic tooling rather than in a company brain. A high score means your data is already in the right places and a brain or automation would pay off quickly.
Is this the same as the audit?
No. The audit is two weeks of interviews and process mapping with a roadmap at the end. The scorecard is a 5-minute self-assessment to see which area to look at first.
